Downton Abbey Christmas Special.

SPOILERS.

Wow. That was one great special. Good job on making our hearts beat out of our chests too. I actually thought Batesy might hang.


On a side note: No Sybil or Branson. Wahh....But she is having a baby. I'm actually a little disappointed that she is, but that's me.

Thank goodness Batesy didn't hang, and that was a definite relief. He is still inprisoned for life, but that's much better then dying.

Mary....broke up with Richard! Yeah! 'does little cheerleading cheer'.  I almost, (almost) felt sorry for Richard. He looked rather forlon when he left, and said he loved her.

And Violet did it again! "Promise?" "Something to remove horses shoes?" In that 'horse shoes scene' Isobel also had a rather awesome line.

"It's a nutcracker.To crack your nuts."

I deeply enjoyed this episode, and the Mary/Matthews must be so happy. I am not a M/M but I was glad that Mary was with Matthew instead of 'shivers' Richard,though I'd rather Lavinia be with Matthew. I am a Lavinia fan.

Anyway, good special!

The Finale Of Downton Abbey.

The End. Well not quite (thank goodness or I might cry) until December 25th.

In this episode Sybil and Branson and Robert had a good free for all fight, while Dame Maggie intervened , to say something. Sybil&Branson finally succeeded in getting the old man's blessing. He might not attend the wedding however.

Anna and Bates got married and then...well lets not think about that again.

Cora coughed up blood and had it flow from her nose,while the Doc assured us it was normal. Normal my foot.

Carson weezed and let Thomas help out.

And Mosley got drunk.Not his fault poor chap.

And Lavinia died....With a death so moving that I know I was crying.

And Robert was naughty. Naughty,naughty Robert.

And Matthew! You practically killed your fiancee! Mary you too! I can't ever see them together know that they have disgusted me so much.

And this was the 8th episode.
